2026 Exhibiting Guidelines
DISPLAYS: This is a table top show. All exhibitors will receive a 6’ draped table. If you have a backdrop (ex: larger than 3’Hx4’W) you will be placed at one of the perimeter tables.
SET-UP: Exhibit set-up is from 2:00PM to 3:45PM on the day of each show. Exhibit table locations will be determined by show organizers. Show organizers reserve the right to reserve or reassign table locations as necessary.
SHIPPING TO SHOWS: Equipment, materials, or other display items can be shipped ONLY to the Quiet Cannon or Michaels Restaurant as listed below. You are responsible for labeling all your items clearly and correctly. If your items need to be shipped back, you need to make all necessary arrangements. The Quiet Cannon or Michaels Restaurant are not responsible for shipping your items.

FREE SHIPPING BETWEEN SHOWS: Volunteers will be driving a U-Haul from the SoCal show to the NorCal show. Load all your display materials on our U-Haul after the SoCal show and receive them at the NorCal show. Information will be taken when you register on-line.
CANCELLATIONS: Exhibit registrations may be cancelled prior to August 1, 2026 for a full refund. Cancellations made after August 1, 2026 will be assessed a $350 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after September 1, 2026 will not receive a refund.
