EXHIBITING GUIDELINES: Exhibit Set-Up is from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM on the day of each show. Exhibit Locations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Show organizers reserve the right to reassign table locations as necessary.

SHIPPING: Equipment, materials, or any other items that you are unable to bring with you the day of the show can be shipped ONLY to the Napredak Hall as listed below. You are responsible for labeling all your items clearly and correctly. If your items need to be shipped back, you need to make all necessary arrangements. The Quiet Cannon is not responsible for shipping your items.

DISPLAYS: All exhibit displays larger than 3 ft. high need to be around the perimeter of the room. If your display is larger than 3’Hx4’W please advise, check the appropriate box on the registration form; MFASC/MFANC will place you at one of the perimeter table tops. Please remember this is a table top show.

MEMBERSHIP: MFASC Contributing Sponsor members and/or MFANC members pay lower exhibit fees. If you would like to apply for membership and take advantage of the lower fee and all other membership benefits, call Bryan Leiker at (818) 207-1021.

CANCELLATION: Exhibit registrations may be cancelled prior to August 3, 2018. Cancellations made after August 3, 2018 will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee.
